Day 01

AIRPORT / NEGOMBO

welcome the guests at the airport and transfer to Negombo
Undertake a city tour in Negombo including fish Market
Arrive and check into Hotel- Negombo
Late In the afternoon a boat ride in the Negombo lagoon.
Return to the hotel
Dinner and night at the hotel (HB)

Day 02

Negombo / Pinnawala / Rideegama

After breakfast depart to Pinnawala and visit Elephant’s Orphanage
Depart to Rideegama.
Arrive at Rideegama Buddhist monastery and visit the cave temple.
Dinner (vegetarian dinner) and overnight at the Monastery ( HB)

Day 03-05 (03 nights)

Rideegama / Dambulla / Habarana

After Breakfast, it is possible to meet resident buddhist monks for a brief discussion about
buddhism and its traditions.
Arrive Habarana and check-in to the hotel.
Afternoon safari at the Minneriya National park.
Dinner & overnight at the hotel( HB)

Day 04

Habarana / Polonnaruwa / Habarana

Visit Polonnaruwa archaeological site in the morning .
Afternoon undertake village safari at Hiriwadunna village Habarana.
Dinner & overnight at the hotel( HB)

Day 05

Habarana / Sigiriya/ Avukana / Habarana

Early morning visit the Sigiriya rock fortress before breakfast .
Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Morning free time to profit the hotel facilities .( swimming pool & gym)
Continue to Avukana and visit the 13m high Buddha statue carved directly on a huge rock in the
5th century AD.
Return to the hotel
Dinner & overnight at the hotel( HB)

Day 06-08 ( 03 nighs)

Habarana / Dambulla/ Matale/Kandy

After breakfast continue to Dambulla
Visit Dambulla rock temple
Depart to Matale
Visit a Bathik Workshop
Arrive kandy
Visit the cultural show in Kandy.
Dinner and overnight at hotel ( HB)

Day 07

Kandy / Heeloya / Kandy

After Breakfast depart to Theldeniya for Heeloya village trekking / Enjoy a local lunch at a village
house.
Return to Kandy.
Visit the local market in Kandy.
Return to the hotel
Dinner and overnight at hotel ( HB)

Day 08

Kandy / Gadaladeniya / Kandy

Visit the temple of the tooth relic of Buddha.
Three temple trekking in the afternoon at Gadaladeniya in the afternoon .
Return to the hotel
Dinner and overnight at hotel ( HB)

Day 09

Kandy / Nuwaraeliya

Depart to Nuwaraeliya after breakfast .
Visit a Tea factory .
Visit Ramboda water fall.
Clients can observe activities of tea estate workers on the roadside .
Arrive Nuwaraeliya and undertake a city tour.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel ( HB)

Day 10-11 (02 nights)

Nuwara Eliya / Bandarawela/ Ella

Depart to Bandarawela.
Tuk-tuk safari to visit Liptons seat from Bandarawela.
Enjoy a pic-nic lunch during the trek.
Arrive Haputala railway station.
Take the train from Haputale to Ella.
Arrive Ella and check-in to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight at the Hotel

Day 11

Ella

After breakfast visit Mini Adam’s Peak / Nine arch Bridge.(02 h 30m)
Visit Demodara railway station
Return to the hotel .
Dinner ( optional )

Day 12

Ella / Tissamaharama / Yala

Depart to Tissamaharama after breakfast.
Visit Ravana falls .
Visit local pottery manufacturer at wellawaya.
Visit Buduruwagala buddha statue.
Arrive Thissamaharama and check-in to the hotel.
Afternoon safari at Yala National park
Dinner and overnight at the hotel .( HB)

Day 13

Thissamaharama / Ahangama

After breakfast visit Elephants transit home @ Udawalawa.
Arrive Mirissa and Coconut hills.
Visit Waligama beach.
Arrive Ahangama/ Dinner and overnight at Nayana home stay at Ahangama.

Day 14

Ahangama / Galle / Kosgoda

Visit Galle fort ( Dutch fort) after breakfast
Arrive Kosgoda and visit local cinnamon manufacturer
Visit a turtles hatchery .
Check- in to the hotel
Dinner and overnight at the hotel ( HB)

Day 15

Kosgoda / Colombo

Depart to Colombo
Possible to visit natural moonstone mines at Meetiyagoda / Boat ride at Madhu river / local
mask manufacturer at Ambalangoda
Arrive Colombo and undertake a city tour
Check-in to the hotel .
Dinner and overnight at the hotel( HB)

Day 16

Departure

After breakfast transfer to the Airport
